I wanted to share my story with you, because it is unique and differentiates us from every other on-line retailer of CPAP products.

I have sleep apnea and a terrible snoring problem. For years, I suffered, as well as my wife because of low energy due to poor sleep. I tried every "remedy" suggested to me by friends, family and/or anyone who heard about my problems.

Fortunately, a Respitory Therapist friend of mine told me to get tested and I was introduced to CPAP technology and was well on my way to better health, productivity and relationships.

However, certain aspects of purchasing, using and adjusting to the different technologies was difficult for me. I visited CPAP stores, I spoke with salespeople and other CPAP users and learned as much as I could throughout the years. Unfortunately, I often made purchases that turned out to deliver less-than-stellar results. Worse still, my sources didn't offer much help in recommending better products for my unique situation.
I decided to solve the problem myself.

Additionally, I wanted to create a service that worked with you to find the best masks, headgear and machines for your needs. This is why I dreamt up the "No-fault Guarantee." When I bought masks from other retailers, I understood why I could not return a mask, but I felt a little cheated when I knew they made a full profit on each mask I bought (until I found the best one for my face). Had they worked a little with me on the pricing during my trial-and-error phase, they would have had a customer for life!
