What are the details of FREE shipping?

For appreciation of your business we provide free ground shipping to any US State or US Territory for orders equal or over our advertised purchase requirement. To allow us to provide this free service we reserve the right to select the shipping method and carrier. Typically, we use the United States Post Office (USPS) or United Parcel Service (UPS). We will make the determination based on your location,the day of the week the order is placed and cost.

Standard LOW Rate shipping costs for orders that are not FREE?

• 13 ounces or less $3.00 (this includes many CPAP filters, mask heagdears, etc.)
• Over 13 ounces to 1 pound $5.00

What if I need my order faster?

As you may know, depending on where you live not all services from all carriers are available. We try to keep our checkout shipping options up-to-date but it does get complicated and we reserve the right to make corrections if a selected service is not available. For example, UPS Next Day Air AM is offered to qualifying zip codes only. USPS Express Mail is a 1 to 2 day service depending on your location but does not charge extra for Saturday delivery, while UPS charges an additional $10.00 for Saturday. Also keep in mind that UPS does not count the weekend as shipping days. Therefore, an order placed on Friday for 2nd Day delivery will arrive on Tuesday of the next week.

International Shipping?

We do ship all over the world. We do recommend that you call your local customs office to determine the additional import or tariff fees that may be due with your shipment. Also, some countries do not allow the importing of medical equipment so it is important to know your regional rules. There is a difference between how the United States Postal Service (USPS) and carries such as UPS and FedEx handle international shipments. The USPS costs less but may take longer to get through the customs process adding days or weeks to the delivery time. UPS and FedEx add a brokerage fee that is based on product cost and delivery address. This will allow the order to move through customs faster.

Our system will quote an approximate shipping cost but we reserve the right to adjust the final amount based on the actual cost of the shipment.

For Canada and many countries, the most economical and efficient method has been to use USPS International Flate Rate boxes, though the order must be able to fit within one of the box sizes. The tracking for USPS shipments is not always as reliable and timely as the information provided by UPS or FedEx, so please keep that in mind.

What if I provide my carrier account number?

We would be glad to ship using your account number. Please call or email your account number and billing information and we will modify the order.
