CPAPUSA.com requires that a Return Goods Authorization Number (RGA#) be obtained prior to the return of any goods. Merchandise returned without a RGA# will be disposed of without any credit returned to the customer. Please understand that the majority of our products are medical in nature and we cannot accept them if we do not have the confidence that they are no longer in their original condition.
 
We will issue a RGA# for a return if the products are in their original unopened packaging within 30-days of the original ship date. Original shipping costs are not refundable and the return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
 
The products must be returned protected within a proper shipping carton to protect the original product packaging from shipping damage. No shipping labels or writing can be applied upon the original packaging.
 
A issued RGA# and subsequent refund is conditional on the information provided by the customer. If the product is returned with a RGA# and is found to be opened and/or missing original packaging the information will be noted on the RGA# and the refund will be denied. Assuming that the returned product has the RGA# and is in new condition a 15% restocking fee will be deducted from the refund to the customer along with any shipping costs. The refund will be applied against the original payment method i.e. credit card, Paypal or check.
 
With regards to a Battery Product return in addition to the 15% restocking fee a rental charge will be incurred based on the rate charged normally for a similar battery.
 
With regards to products that have an usage meter such as a CPAP, APAP or BiPAP they cannot be returned if the all the original packaging is not included, the machine has been used in any way or the included accessories such as the patient tube have been opened.
 
A RGA# will be issued for products that have manufacturing defects and the restocking fee will be waived though the customer is still responsible for any shipping charges.
 
There are some products that the manufacturer(s) offer a 100% satisfaction guarantee that would cancel the 15% restocking fee though the shipping charges would not be refunded. These items are defined in their descriptions and would still require contacting CPAPUSA.com for a RGA# prior to returning.
 
Product warranty decisions are made solely by the manufacturer. Manufacturer's may require the return for repair/warranty of a product to pass through CPAPUSA.com. All shipping charges and diagnostic fees where applicable are the responsibility of the customer.
 
Once an RGA# is assigned a return address will be confirmed. Please write the RGA# and the customer contact information on a note and place within the return package.
