Manufacturer's may require the return for repair/warranty of a product to pass through CPAPUSA.com. All shipping charges and diagnostic fees where applicable are the responsibility of the customer. Please see the Return Policy page for obtaining an RGA# before returning any products.

 

Product warranty length may vary within a product category by manufacturer. Some manufacturers do sell warranty extensions and are noted by product when available.

 

If a product was not originally purchased through CPAPUSA.com we do offer to assist with a warranty claim and charge a nominal fee of $35.00 to handle the transaction.
