Our goal is for you to be satisfied with your selection, but in the case that a return needs to be made CPAPUSA will provide refunds on any unopened products within 30-days of the purchase. There will be a 10% restocking fee of the purchase price, unless an exchange is made for another CPAPUSA product. Masks and Nasal Interfaces are warranted for 90 days by the manufacture against defects and breakage. As a convenience for our customers, CPAPUSA will handle manufacturer warranty claims for you. You may return defective masks and/or nasal interface devices to us and we will issue a replacement. You will only be responsible for shipping costs. The warranty does not include incorrect sizing or fit.

Machines and Humidifiers are warranted for 2-years for any manufacturer defects. This does not cover any damage caused by water, dropping or crushing, etc. All sales are final. However, if a defect is discovered within the first 30-days contact CPAPUSA.com for a return authorization number and we will replace the machine with an exact replacement. After the initial 30-days, customers must return machines directly to the manufacturer for service and/or replacement. Customers are responsible for shipping costs (shipping fees are not marked up by CPAPUSA).
