What is your Warranty?

How are your products shipped? 

We use UPS as our main source for shipping. When you register an account during your purchase, you will have access to their real-time shipment tracking through our website. 

Do you ship to P.O. boxes?  

Yes, though we reserve the right not to do so. Only the U.S. Postal Service will service delivery to a P.O. box.

Where do you ship to? 

We are currently structured to ship to destinations within the United States.  If you have an order that requires special consideration for shipping, please  directly.  

How do you handle product defects?

How soon will I receive my product shipment? 

We do our best to keep up with demand, and will typically send out an order placed before 3 p.m. that same day. However, large orders occasionally hit our inventory unexpectedly. You will be immediately aware of this rare occurrence before your credit card is asked for. 

What have I forgotten to ask you? 

A couple of tips for you. If you are having your products shipped to a RESIDENCE, and will not be there to receive the package, please indicate NO SIGNATURE REQUIRED when placing your order. We are able to set up a “Periodic Shipment Program” for our repeat customers that would like to receive products on a regular basis.
